HOW TO ORDER

Prices shown on this site do not include any taxes. If we ship to Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, or New Brunswick we add 14% to your order for the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). If you live in Ontario we add 6% GST and 8% PST to your order. There is no Ontario PST on patterns or books. If you live in other parts of Canada we add 6% GST to your order.

Most orders are shipped the day after the order is received. If we do not have some of your order and expect the goods in within a week, we will delay shipment until all the goods are received. If we expect some of your order to take more than a week to obtain, we will ship what we can immediately and back-order the rest. A back-order means that we will ship the balance as soon as we receive the goods. We pay the shipping charges on back-orders but if you add additional products to back-orders, then a shipping charge applies. All back-orders are automatically deleted if not filled within a month. If you want any variation to this procedure, please detail it in the comments section of your order.

Shipping and Handling Charges Shipping charges include our handling, packaging, freight, and insurance costs. You have the following choices: UPS Standard. $15.00 Delivery time is about 2 to 7 working days. UPS deliver to your door. UPS cannot deliver to a post office box. This option is not offered for the Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Nunavut. UPS Expedited. Delivery time is about 2 to 3 working days except to the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut, where it is about 7 working days. UPS deliver to your door. UPS cannot deliver to a post office box. The cost is $20.00 except to the Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Nunavut where the fee is $25.00. Canada Post We ship by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Delivery time is about 3 to 7 working days to most areas.
