Everyone doodles! On paper with a pencil that is. But you can turn that doodling into quilting. You already have your hand and eyes trained to work your way of seeing things onto paper, now you can apply that style to fabric and thread. This class will ease you into quilting in your style. Learn how to add your touch to the quilting of your quilt.

This class features a unique quilt block that highlights a beautiful fabric. As quilters we acquire beautiful pieces of fabric, usually fat quarters. But then we can’t make ourselves cut those beautiful fat quarters and they start making us feel guilty, and we cannot enjoy them either. This pattern leaves that beautiful piece of fabric almost in it’s entirety and even highlights it. The block is a big 33 inches. It can be a baby quilt or a table topper. Combined they can bne made inot small or large quilts. And the block is easy to construct.

This is a one week session of 4 hours. Cost $35.00

This class is for the beginner quilter and the more advanced quilter. It will take you through many techniques such as half squares, quarter inch seams, flying geese, machine applique, machine quilting (both machine guided and free motion), paper pricing, strip piecing, piano key borders, row-by-row construction, quilt as you go, binding, and more. At the end you will have a quilt 72 inches by 84 inches.

This is a six week course, two hours per week. Cost $95.00
