Gnocchi by Lana Grossa is a cocoon type yarn which knits up fast. It is 100% microfibre.

There are three variations of Gnocchi. There are solid colours, multiple colours in one skein, and Lux, which has metallic looking fibres inserted into the cocoons or Gnocchis. All three are the same price.

Free Pattern using 4 skeins of yarn

Approximate size 10 inches by 52 inches (25 cm by 132 cm). With 5 mm needles (US 8) cast on 12 stitches using the cable cast on method. Cast on one stitch for each length of yarn between each Gnocchi. In garter stitch (knit every row) knit one stitch for each length of yarn between the Gnocchis. Continue in stocking stitch until the desired length. Cast off (bind off) using one stitch between each Gnocchi. To join the yarn, just tie a knot - it will not show.

Tension: 8 stitches to 4 inches (10 cm) on an 5 mm (US 18) needle.

Cleaning: Machine washable on gentle cycle. Dry flat

Available in a 50 gram (1¾ ounce) ball.
Contains approximately 25 metres (27 yards.)
