All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Contact us first by email, fax or phone to let us know what you are returning. We can only give a refund when we receive the returned goods. If you insure the goods, you will have proof of mailing if the goods are lost. We cannot give a refund if we do not receive the goods. If you live outside of Canada, mark the goods "Goods returned to vendor." Only return goods by mail. If you use a courier, we have to pay entry fees which will be deducted from your refund.
