If you live outside of Canada, we do not add taxes to your order, but you are responsible for any customs duties and for complying with all applicable laws governing the import of your order, such as applicable tax laws. Orders to the USA which have a value of less than US$200.00 and which are sent to a private address (not a Company Address) do not normally incur duty.
For Canadian orders, we add HST/GST at the checkout as follows:

Most orders are shipped the day after the order is received. If we do not have some of your order and expect the goods in within a week, we will delay shipment until all the goods are received. If we expect some of your order to take more than a week to obtain, we will ship what we can immediately and back-order the rest. A back-order means that we will ship the balance as soon as we receive the goods. We pay the shipping charges on back-orders but if you add additional products to back-orders, then a shipping charge applies. All back-orders are automatically deleted if not filled within a month. If you want any variation to this procedure, please detail it in the comments section of your order.

We ship by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Delivery time is about 3 to 7 working days to most areas. It will be longer to certain rural areas and the Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Nunavut The shipping cost is $11.75. If the value of our order, before taxes, is $100 or more, shipping by post is free. |
US Shipping and Handling ChargesShipping charges include our handling, packaging, freight, and insurance costs. For shipments to the USA you have the following choices:
UPS. $15.50
Delivery time is about 5 to 7 working days. 
Postal Service. Delivery time is about 7 to 21 working days, except for Alaska and Hawaii where the delivery time is 14 to 28 working days. The shipping cost is $11.75. If the value of our order is $100 or more, shipping by post is free. Applies to all 50 states, but not US overseas territories. |
UK Shipping and Handling ChargesShipping charges include our handling, packaging, freight, and insurance costs. We ship to the UK by parcel post. Delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks.
