*We regret that we no longer service EuroPro machines.

We offer ten point service. Additional cost will be charged if new parts are required. Should parts be required, we will advise you of the costs before proceeding with the work.

We recommend that all machines be serviced once a year, more frequently if you use it more than three times a week.

Sewing Machines

Clean fluff and lint
Lubricate as necessary
Insert new Needle
Centre needle
Check/adjust hook/needle clearance
Check/adjust hook timing
Check/adjust feed dog lift.
Check bobbin winding
Check/adjust tension
Check/adjust stitch balance

And for electronic machines we also

Check/adjust needle threader
Check/adjust needle stop up/down
Check/adjust side motion
Check/clean thread sensors
Check/adjust embroidery tension
Update software as applicable.

Please ensure that you bring

your power cord and foot pedal
bobbin case and bobbin
zig zag plate and foot

$99.00 or $79.00 if you purchased the machine from us.

Servicing normally takes 7 to 10 days, longer if we have to order parts. We will advise you if we anticipate that we cannot meet these times.

We guarantee our work for 3 months.
